Walnut Publication launched an anthology – collection of poems and short stories on 14th February at the New Delhi World Book Fair. The anthology was named ‘First Flush of Spring’ – rightfully according to the themes of the book. The poems and stories of the anthology followed the themes spring, old school and home. The contributors of the anthology interpreted these themes according to their subjectivity. Some wrote their pieces on love by deciphering home as love while others wrote about the lost beauty under old school. These submissions showcased how beautifully same words can be used to craft something so different yet similar.
Readers visiting our stall also showed interest in the anthology and were impressed by the quality and interior of the book. The minimal artwork inside the book complimented the poems and the stories. The contributors also visited the stall and were happy to see their creativity and piece of writing in a published book.
