What is a Paperback book?
A paperback book is a type of book that is bound with a soft cover, usually made of paper or cardstock. The inner pages are generally printed on 70 gsm paper and the cover is printed on 250 gsm paper. It is lighter and less expensive than a hardcover book making it the most preferred format of book published. Fiction and non-fiction paperback books are generally published in 5.5x8.5 inch and 6x9 inch and academic paperback books are most published in 8x10 inch and 8.5x11 inch.
