Dr. Rajshri Sanjay Gajghate is a highly accomplished academician currently serving as a Professor in the Department of English at Smt. Binzani Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Mahal, Nagpur. She holds multiple postgraduate degrees including M.Com, M.A. in English and Ambedkar Thought, B.Ed, M.Phil, and has qualified the SET examination. She earned her Ph.D. in English, showcasing her strong academic foundation. Dr. Gajghate has been recognized for her dedication and contributions, receiving the Best National Service Scheme Officer-In-Charge Award in 2012, the Krantijyoti Savitribai Phule National Research Talent Award, and being felicitated at an international conference organized by the Dr. Ambedkar Teacher’s Welfare Association. She has an impressive record of scholarly work with 35 research papers published in peer-reviewed international journals, conference proceedings, and edited book chapters. Her published works include “Kalpataru”, a Hindi translation of Kamala Das's short stories; “Manahsamvaad”, a Hindi collection of interviews with Kamala Das; “ICEBERG”, a collection of English poems; and “Dr. B. R. Ambedkar’s Sociological and Economical Thoughts”, aligned with the M.A. syllabus in Ambedkar Thought.
