Dr. Madhukar N Kulkarni, MA (SW) and LL. B (Spl) served industry as an HRM professional for over 32 years, in private and public sector and retired as Corporate HRM Chief in HMT Ltd. He was Advisor HR to a construction company for developing their Human Resources Manual. An astute corporate trainer he has been a visiting faculty in business schools. Active in professional field, he regularly contributes articles to professional journals and he has co-authored a book “Managing People in the Organization”. He has recently published his co-authored book on “Counselling in India – Theory and Practice for Modern Challenges” He has also co-authored recently published book entitled, “An Inquiry into the Inner Self for Personal and Professional Growth” He has rendered his services till recently as the HOD of Social Work and Dean Research & Industry Liaison in the Acharya Institute of Graduate studies, Bangalore.
