Dr. Rajani Shikhare is working as the Principal of R.B. Attal College, Georai Dist Beed (MS). She is the author of Nirala aur Dinkar ki Kavya Chetna, Stri Vimarsh ke bahane se, Swami Vivekanand Vichar Darshan. She was awarded Hindi Sevi Samman for her contribution in language and literature by Rashtriya Hindi Sevi Mahasangh, Indore(MP). She was honoured as Godawari Udyojak Mahila Purskar for her contribution in educational sector.
