Ms. Chesfeeda Akhtar (M.Phil, NET) is an Assistant professor (Botany) in J&K Higher Education Department presently posted at Govt. College for Women M. A. Road Srinagar (A Constituent College of Cluster University Srinagar). She is working as Assistant Professor since July 2017. She has qualified Joint CSIR/UGC National Eligibility Test (NET) for Lecturership and UGC-BSR Fellowship. She has published more than 10 research papers in reputed national and international journals and has contributed some book chapters in leading international books. She has actively participated in the UGC-sponsored project for preparation of E-content in Botany for Undergraduate students.
