Ms. Rakhi Tewari is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, SGT University, Gurugram. A Gold Medalist in LL.M. (Human Rights), UGC-NET qualified scholar, and doctoral researcher, she is engaged in teaching, research, and clinical legal education. As Coordinator of the University's Pro Bono Club and an active member of legal aid initiatives, she is committed to advancing access to justice and legal awareness. She has presented her research at numerous national and international conferences and has published scholarly works in UGC CARE-listed journals. Her academic interests lie in human rights, legal education, and emerging legal challenges in contemporary society.
