Sarbjit Singh Virk (M.A., M.Phil., LL.M.), the editor of this volume of collected writings of Bhagat Singh, has studied, analyzed and contextualized every single writing that has been authenticated as that of Bhagat Singh. Mr. Virk an advocate by profession, has brought his analytical acumen to bear upon the texts included in this volume. He has accessed the primary sources and interacted with the best source persons, including the family of the martyr, before attempting anything on him. He had translated into Punjabi, in 2015, the evidence that had gone into the trial of revolutionaries in the Lahore Conspiracy Case and also penned a scholarly biography of Bhagat Singh in 2020, two editions of which have already been sold out.
