She has taught subjects such as Marketing Management, Consumer Behavior, Service Marketing, and Strategic Management. She holds a Doctorate in Brand Loyalty and has authored two books. Passionate about research, she has published over ten papers in peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus and ABDC “C,” four book chapters, and three patents. She is a recipient of the Research Excellence Award.
