Nitika Negi completed her degree in B.Sc. (Hons.) Horticulture from Dr. Y.S. Parmar University of Horticulture & Forestry, Nauni, Solan (HP), in 2015. Thereafter, she got her M.Sc. (Ag.) in Entomology from the same University in 2017. She completed her Ph.D. in Entomology from CSK HPKV, Palampur, in 2023. During her Ph.D., she was awarded the Rajiv Gandhi National Fellowship to support her education. She has contributed towards honeybee pest and disease management during her Master’s programme and has specialised in brinjal IPM, insect toxicology, and insecticide residue during her doctorate programme. She has published research papers in various International and National journals and abstracts at various International and National seminars and conferences.
