Dr. R. G. Ladda obtained his Master's degree from Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University, Aurangabad. He holds M.Phil. & Ph.D. degrees in Botany and currently serves as the Head of the Botany Department at Sant Janabai Education Society's Arts Commerce & Science College, Gangakhed, Maharashtra, India. His research focuses on ethnobotany, phytochemistry, and pathology, with active participation in international and national conferences, symposia, and workshops. He has authored two books and over 35 research papers, accumulating more than 24 years of teaching experience. Dr. Ladda has received several prestigious awards at the national, international, and state levels for his contributions to various fields, and he is also deeply involved in Yoga teaching, serving as the Secretary of Yogsadhna Kendra, Parbhani, Maharashtra.
