Dr. S. S. Ashraf is working as Assistant Professor at School of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Jamia Hamdard (Deemed to be University), New Delhi-62, India. He obtained Master of Science degree in Physics from Indian Institute of Technology (I.I.T.) Roorkee ,Uttarakahnd, India and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in material science. He has more than ten years teaching and research experience. He has authored several research papers in National and International Journals having SCI and Scopus indexing. He has presented numerous papers in National and International Conferences and Seminars. His research area includes nano-technology, amorphous semiconductors and thin films.
