Poetry flows straight from the heart. Like the flow of a sheer and clear river, that reflects the pure exquisiteness of nature around along with the hidden beauty beneath, likewise the poetry flows from the soul to express and reveal the most heartfelt, honest, sublime, and deepest emotions. Being a voracious reader, I developed a liking for writing. I am not a professional writer, but in fact, work in the corporate industry at a senior level to manage and head a competitive and challenging role. Initially I resorted to writing to express myself, my emotions, my views and my general take on things around. Poetry as a liking and preferred approach of expression developed over time. It started coming naturally to me, and I started thinking and expressing in poetic form. Its simplicity and yet the ability to express deepest thoughts, emotions, and the power to touch reader’s heart amazes me.
