Dr. Sakir Hussain has completed his post-graduation and Ph.D. from Sambalpur University, Jyoti Vihar, Burla, and Post-Graduate Diploma in Archaeology (PGDA) from the Institute of Archaeology, Archaeological Survey of India. He qualified UGC NET-JRF in June 2013. He has also completed Diploma in Tourism Studies (DTS) from IGNOU. Dr. Hussain has published several research papers in UGC listed journals of international (15 nos.) and national (11 nos.) repute, and presented papers in different International, National, and State level seminars/conferences. His areas of interest are Ancient Indian History and Archaeology, Tourism, and Heritage Studies.
