I did my Masters of Science in Chemical Sciences from Gauhati University. I obtained my Doctoral Degree from Gauhati University from the Department of Applied Sciences (Chemical Science Division). My Ph.D Thesis was on " The Effect of Substituents in the π-π stacking interaction of Aromatic system: Quantum Mechanical Study".My field of Research has been purely theoretical, based on Quantum Chemistry. I have published few research papers in both National and International Journals and have presented posters and attended National and International Conferences.
