He is an alumnus of the prestigious AFMC, Pune. He has been a coordinator for innumerable MD and DNB exams in which, he experienced a strong sense of empathy towards the EGPGs in the specialty on witnessing their poor performance in exams, which was unwarranted and disappointing. The consideration for such performance is not lack of caliber or skills but constraints of time, enormous volumes of unorganized study material and lack of exam oriented literature.

The author believes that success is not just the direct result of tearful hardwork or sleepless nights but right tactics and infallible wisdom.

Whenever the author is not engrossed with his profession and educating the residents, he loves to swim or spend quality time with his family and friends who are the cores of the wonderful life.
