Dr. Shaktiprasad Pradhan is an eminent Pharmacy professional having twelve (12) years of research as well teaching experiences. His thrust areas of research are breast cancer, immunity, toxicology, ethnomedicine & nutrition. He has published a number of research articles, written three (03) books as a co-author also filed & published two (02) Indian patents along with two (02) international design patents. In his earlier career he was awarded with JRF by the UGC, New Delhi & SRF by the ICMR, New Delhi. Dr. Pradhan has attended more than eighty five (85) numbers of both national and international level seminars, conferences, symposiums & workshops. Moreover, he has visited Sri Lanka, Thailand & Nepal. Additionally, he is the life member of the Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA), Indian Chemical Society (ICS), Indian Immunology Society (IIS), Indian Sociological Society (INSOSO), Indian Society of Human Genetics (ISHG), International Association of Academic plus Corporate (IAAC), Odisha Chemical Society (OCS), Odisha Pharmacy Council (OPC), Odisha Science Academy (OSA), along with a Community Ambassador of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), TX, USA. Dr. Pradhan has edited this book & contributed four (04) chapters.
