Reshma Khatoon's birth place is Dhubri, Assam. He did his schooling at Kendriya Vidyalaya Panbadi. Graduation from Guwahati University (Bholanath College), postgraduate education from Tezpur University. He passed the slate (state level eligibility test, Assam) examination in 2019. For two years from 2018 to 2020, she worked as a Hindi lecturer at Junior Girls College, Dhubri, Assam. In 2018, received a postgraduate diploma in translation from the Hindi word Indian. He has participated extensively in poetry, story, music, competitions and creative writing in his school life and has also received many awards.
