He is a Lucknow based author, visiting faculty & Consultant. This is his 3rd book and shares his TQM experience in form of a book that will help BBA, MBA students, managers, team leaders, Quality circle members and all people who look to improve, problem-solve day today, with the help of very basic tools & techniques. He has wide exposure in QCC – Quality Circle Mantras Supply Chain, Production Planning, Operations, TQM, Production and Industrial Marketing and Logistics, function. Currently part of training faculty actively involved in capacity and capability building. He is a cricket enthusiast and enjoys reading in his free time.
