Dr. Sanjay Kumar S/o Sh. Swami Raj Assistant Professor(Urdu) Higher Education Department, Govt. of Jammu and Kashmir is notable for his abstract works. Taking everything into account, he has finished his initial schooling from his local town, Secondary and Senior Secondary Education from Govt. Hr. Sec. School (Boys)Doda and Graduation from Govt. Degree College Doda (J&K).

For Higher Education he left for Jammu and Joined Jammu University where he completed his Post Graduation in Urdu in the year 2007, B.Ed. in 2008 and Ph.D. in 2011. He has likewise qualified NET/JRF twice in 2007 and 2012.

In 2011 he has got appointed as Patwari in J&K Revenue Department, where he has served for 6 Years. In the year 2017 he has got selected as Assistant Professor (Urdu) in Higher Education Department Govt. of J&K. In 2020 his first book on Urdu Grammar was published titled "Urdu Qwaid". Along with his teaching responsibilities he is always involved his literary activates.
