Dr. Deepa Srivastava is currently working as Assistant Professor in Department of Botany, D. D. U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. Before Joining as Assistant Professor, she was post-Doctoral Fellow, UGC in Department of Botany, D.D.U. Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur. She has cleared her CSIR, NET, JRF examination in her very first attempt and worked as CSIR, JRF and SRF, in NBRI, Lucknow. She has completed her Ph.D degree under able supervision of Prof.(Mrs.) K. Shukla in plant virology. Dr. Deepa has published 24 papers in National & International Journals and presented 56 research papers in International/National conferences. She has written Three Books and 6 chapters for books of International fame. She is a Fellow of International Science Congress Association (F.I.S.C.A) and Indian Botanical Society (F.B.S). She is member of Botanical Society of America also and life member of eight Academic Bodies.
