Dr. Noor Mubasheer C.A. is a distinguished academician, researcher, and social work professional with over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and leadership. She serves as Associate Professor, PG Coordinator, and Head of Social Work Studies at St. Philomena’s College, Mysuru. Holding an MSW, PGDHRM, NET, and Ph.D., her interests span social work research, mental health, and women’s studies. She has published extensively and actively contributes to academic and training initiatives.
