With a keen interest in Corporate Laws and a mind to do inter-disciplinary research, Dr. Ankita completed her doctorate in Corporate-Environmental Law and a Masters in Corporate Laws. She is an alumna of Gujarat National Law University. Currently, working as Assistant Professor of Law at Amity University, Haryana, she has been teaching Law for six years and has published a number of research papers in UGC Listed and other Law Journals. Her areas of interest are Corporate Laws, Commercial Laws, Environmental Laws and Dispute Resolution.

This book, Dynamics of Corporate and Commercial Laws is her first attempt at publishing a book and she is determined to work on more of such authentic and meaningful Books in the future.
