Coming from the ‘Land of Rising Sun’ Arunachal Pradesh, Karlina Riba originally belongs to Padi, an enchanting mountainous village under Lepa Rada circle. She was born and brought up in Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. Currently, she resides in Itanagar.

She has done her graduation in Law from Dr. D.Y.Patil College of Law, Navi Mumbai (Mumbai University) in 2016 and her Masters in Law in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2018.

Besides practicing advocacy, she loves creative writing. ‘Climb on Your Tears’ is her first-ever book and with time, she hopes to contribute more of her writings in the literary sector.
