Kaushik Dey has been a professional manager for seventeen years in Manufacturing Industry. He has a wealth of practical experience with managerial and techno-commercial expertise. He worked with reputed multinational Borg-Warner Inc. in United States, leading automotive and steel companies in India both large-scale and MSME in various capacities from Engineering to Supply-chain. He has received Innovative and Excellent Technologist award from SIESRP. He is a mechanical engineer with distinction, earned full-time institute scholarship and completed masters from Rochester Institute of Technology, United States. He attended advanced management program from Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak, also earned CFA from ICFAI, Hyderabad. He is also a marathon runner and currently a Research Scholar at IIT Kharagpur pursuing his PhD. Industrial professional turned politician, he is an author, a social reformer; attached with some NGOs of orphanage for underprivileged children and other community social services.
