The author is a Chartered Accountant by profession and is practicing tax and management consultancy for the past 38 years at Arcot, Ranipet District. His interest is not confined to his profession only. He is connected to various service and spiritual organisations in the District. He is the correspondent of Veda Nikethan Hr Sec. School and is also Board member of Sri Ramakrishna Vivekananda Mandram, Arcot and Veda Bhavan, Ranipet. He had the honor of serving as a Chairman of SIRC of ICAI, Vellore Branch. He is a third generation follower of Meivazhi cult. He has authored a book 'Spring Season - the days of Sri-la-Sri Salai Andavar' published by Sura Publications P Ltd, Chennai and also another book 'Mei Porul Kanbadu Arivi in Tamil published by Vikatan Publications, Chennai.
