She currently serves as Chief Coordinator – Online Programmes and Nodal Officer, CIQA, at Dr. M.G.R. Educational and Research Institute, Chennai. With nearly three decades of experience as a Principal, she has contributed extensively to academic administration, quality assurance, faculty development, and institutional growth. A Ph.D. in Education, she is also an accomplished researcher, author, motivational speaker, and National Trainer in memory techniques.
