Kunal Agarwal is a legal academic, researcher, and social activist who holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (Hons.) degree and a Master’s degree in Law. His academic interests include constitutional law, socio-legal research, comparative public law, and contemporary legal issues. He represented India as a BRICS Youth Delegate in 2026 and was also invited as a Special Guest to the Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort. Through his research, writing, and public engagement, he is committed to strengthening constitutional values, advancing legal scholarship, promoting access to justice, and fostering meaningful social change.
