Rabindra Prasad Sah is a former faculty member of the University Department of Home Science – Food & Nutrition, T.M. Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, Bihar. He possesses extensive academic and technical experience, including approximately 20 years of teaching at the postgraduate level. In his capacity as a Senior Laboratory Technical Expert, he made significant contributions to practical instruction, laboratory-based learning, and the development of students’ technical competencies. His longstanding association with higher education has provided him with substantial expertise in both the theoretical and practical dimensions of Food & Nutrition. This academic and technical experience has contributed significantly to the preparation of this book.
