Dr. Sarada Saha is an Assistant Professor of Law at Kolkata Police Law Institute, affiliated with the University of Calcutta. With over seven years of experience in legal education, research, and professional legal practice, she holds postgraduate qualifications in Law and a Ph.D. in Law. She has published research articles in national and international journals, contributed chapters to books, and presented research papers at various academic conferences. She has also guided postgraduate students in legal research and dissertation writing. Her areas of academic and research interest include Jurisprudence, Constitutional Law, Human Rights, Family Law, Gender Justice, Intellectual Property Rights, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, Civil Procedure Code, Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing, and emerging legal issues. Through her teaching, research, and community engagement, she is committed to advancing legal education, upholding constitutional values, promoting social justice, and enhancing legal awareness.
