Dr. Anil Gaikwad is a Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Commerce and Management and School of Agri-Business Management, D.Y. Patil Agriculture and Technical University, Talasande, Kolhapur, since November 2022. With 28 years of teaching experience across MBA, MCA, BBA, and BCA programs, he has authored 21 books and published 63 research papers in reputed international journals. He also conducts motivational and knowledge management sessions for students at various institutions.
