Dr. Ritu Zarar is the driving force behind the growth and success of ICBM–School of Business Excellence in Hyderabad, where she serves as the institution's leader. Since its inception, she has played a pivotal role in steering the B-school toward academic excellence and national recognition. Her visionary leadership has led ICBM–SBE to earn several prestigious accolades and national rankings. In recognition of her efforts in fostering innovation and strengthening industry-academia ties, she received the ET Now Award in 2023. Under her guidance, ICBM–SBE has achieved SAQS accreditation, and its PGDM program is recognized as equivalent to an MBA by Indian universities.
