Raghavendra Nayak is an Indian academician, poet, and author specializing in English literature and ecocriticism. Born in Malladagudda, Maski taluk, Karnataka, he completed his graduation at Kuvempu University, Shivamogga, post-graduation at the Central University of Karnataka, Kalaburagi, and earned his Ph.D. from Pondicherry University. He currently serves as Assistant Professor (SS) and Head of the Department of English at Govt. First Grade College, Raichur. Dr. Nayak has held key academic roles in BoS, BoE, and curriculum committees. His notable works include Holding the Real World, A Prolonged Passage and Other Poems, and Wild Sacred Seeds and Other Poems.
