Kaushal Pandey is an academician and researcher at the School of Law, Graphic Era Hill University, Dehradun. He is pursuing a Ph.D. in Law, focusing on intellectual property rights, startups, and innovation. He has published on diverse legal topics including IP laws and RTI. Kaushal also completed a Patent Law and Global Public Health course jointly offered by WIPO and Harvard Law School.
