Dr. Saima Hassan is a legal academic, researcher, and practitioner with over twelve years of experience spanning academia, regulatory research, and legal practice. She holds a Ph.D. in Law, along with LL.M. and B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) degrees, and has qualified the UGC-NET, SET, and the All-India Bar Examination. She currently serves as Visiting Faculty in Commercial Law at the University of Southampton, Delhi Campus. Her areas of expertise include insolvency and bankruptcy law, competition law, constitutional and procedural laws, as well as environmental and gender justice. Dr. Hassan has published in reputed journals and legal platforms, participated in national and international conferences, and is actively involved in mentoring students and research scholars.
