Dr. Sandeep Kumar is an accomplished pharmacologist and Assistant Professor at Chitkara University, Punjab, with expertise in experimental pharmacology, network pharmacology, and bioinformatics. He earned his M.Pharm and Ph.D. from Punjabi University, Patiala, focusing on neurological mechanisms in drug-resistant epilepsy. Supported by ICMR,  DST,  and RFBR, he has he has published in leading journals and brings integrated experimental and computational insight to this textbook.
