Razia Begum, a gold medalist in law currently pursuing Ph.d in constitutional law from Bir Tikendrajit University, Manipur, is an Assistant Professor at Sultan Ul Uloom College of Law, Hyderabad. With 15 years of teaching experience, she has published widely, including a noted article on surrogacy in Global Thoughts & Opinions (2023).
