The author is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT, Madras with a Master's degree from NIT, Durgapur. He has worked in India and abroad in various responsible positions for more than forty-five years. The Author has widely traveled across the continents of Asia, Europe, Africa, and North America and visited places of pilgrimage sacred to different faiths. He is deeply interested in the Hindu religion and mythology and has a good knowledge of the scriptures.
