Dr Manindra Singh Hanspal is an Assistant Professor of Law at Presidency University, Bengaluru. He holds a PhD in Law and postgraduate diplomas in Environmental Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and Biotechnology Law. His research interests include intellectual property rights, technology law, artificial intelligence regulation, cyber law, environmental governance, and disaster law. He has authored numerous research papers published in reputed journals.
