Intellectual Property Law and Emerging Technologies Concepts, Applications, and Contemporary Issues: A Comprehensive Reference for Students, Researchers, Academicians, and Legal Professionals examines how artificial intelligence, blockchain, biotechnology, NFTs, and the metaverse are transforming intellectual property law. Through doctrinal analysis, landmark cases, comparative perspectives, and practical examples, the book explores questions of authorship, inventorship, digital ownership, patentability, data governance, virtual trademarks, and access to knowledge. With a special focus on Indian and international legal developments, this comprehensive volume is designed for law students, researchers, practitioners, and policy-makers seeking to understand the evolving relationship between intellectual property rights, technological innovation, and future legal reform.
