Riday Mukherjee is an outstanding edupreneur and a law graduate BBA.LLB (H) from Amity Law School, Amity University, Jharkhand. Being more passionate about law and facts, he started to publish his research papers from the very first year. This consistency and zeal led him to get his paper published at national as well as international level and to give this a milestone he also started to mentor students of young age in order to get them published their own research papers. Eventually, he got a tremendous amount of support and appreciation that led him to become CMO -Chief Marketing Officer from Lex Research Hub journal of law and multi-disciplinary issues. This hard work and dedication paved a way in the legal field and so he also became the torch-bearer of many more aspiring law students across the country.

Ananya Bharadwaj is an Assistant Professor at Amity School of Law, Amity University, Jharkhand. She is presently pursuing her Ph.D. from KIIT University with the qualification of the UGC NET examination. She has worked as a Research Associate at Competition Commission of India under Ministry of Corporate Affairs and as a Faculty at School of Law, KIIT University. She has more than 5 years of Teaching and Research experience. She is a B.B.A.LL.B (IPR Hons) graduate and has completed her LL.M.(Corporate Law) with University Gold Medal from National Law University of Odisha. She has also done a Diploma in IP & Management from GNLU. She has several articles/ chapters published in various National and International Journals and Books.
