Dr. Harshita Mali is a Guest Faculty (Assistant Professor) in the Department of Horticulture, Rajasthan College of Agriculture, MPUAT, Udaipur. She holds a Ph.D. in Horticulture (Fruit Science), is ASRB-NET qualified, and was an M.Sc. Gold Medallist. Her expertise includes fruit crop improvement, germplasm characterization, plant propagation, postharvest technology, and sustainable horticulture. She has contributed to research publications, scientific articles, and book chapters.
