Abhay Kumar is a civil servant with the Government of India and has served in various capacities across multiple ministries. He previously served as Director in the Ministry of Finance and as Deputy Economic Adviser in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the Delhi School of Economics and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore.
