With over 25 years of extensive experience in leadership development, he has guided senior professionals and executives in navigating complex organizational challenges. He also serves as the President of the Humanistic Management Foundation and plays a longstanding steering role in the United Nations Global Compact initiatives, particularly in advancing the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME).
