Dr. Kumaraswamy C is an Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work at Acharya Institute of Graduate Studies. A University of Mysuru first-rank holder with postgraduate qualifications in MBA and HRM, he brings over 39 years of experience across NGOs, government programmes, NRLM, and World Bank–supported projects. He has collaborated with international agencies such as UNICEF, UNDP, GTZ, and Plan International, and visited more than 12 countries through action research. An accomplished teacher, author of 15 books and 28 papers, and national-level trainer, his expertise spans community development, women empowerment, project management, SHGs, PRA, POSH, entrepreneurship, and skill development.
