Dr. Kumaraswamy C began his career in 1987 and is an eminent academic and development professional with over four decades of experience in social transformation. He holds an MBA, MSW, PGDHRM, and other professional qualifications, along with a Ph.D. in Women’s Empowerment. He has worked as an Associate Professor in Social Work and Management for the past ten years. He has also led numerous development projects across India, particularly in the areas of women’s development and Panchayati Raj Institutions, in association with organizations such as German Agro Action, UNICEF, CARE, DFID, the World Bank, and NRLM. He has served as a Master Trainer and conducted Training of Trainers (ToT) programmes. Currently, he works as a trainer in employability, personality development, and soft skills. He also provides career counselling to students and is highly committed to helping them develop a positive mindset and build a better future.
