Children are the flag-bearers of development of a country. Various reports and estimates across the globe asses the trajectory of development through age structure of a nation. The tender age is the best suited for learning and development. This age is like a fertile field, which needs the seeds of progressive thought and nation building. However, children across the globe face various threats that have emerged as the bottlenecks in the societal and national development. This book is highlighting some of such issues that are faced by children include child labour, child trafficking, sexual assaults against children etc and legal and constitutional provisions for their solution .
