This is a book that provides recipes of snacks eaten in Indian households. Recipes of all kinds of snacks prepared in Odia households have been provided. Besides some of the more common recipes prepared in other states have also been given.
Ashok K. Mohanty (b. 1951) is a translator, columnist and critic. He has published about thirty books translated into English from Odia. These include short story collections, novels, plays and autobiographies.
