Dr. Anjo Rani, also known as Dr. Anju Tyagi, holds an M.A. in English and a Ph.D., and is proficient in both Hindi and English. She has a deep interest in reading, writing, and teaching English literature, with a special inclination toward poetry and classical music. Her scholarly pursuits include exploring the influence of Indian philosophy and yoga science in English literature. Her area of specialization lies in Indian English literature, particularly in analyzing the contributions of Indian English writers and examining the relevance of their works in the contemporary context. Dr. Rani actively contributes to various literary magazines and newspapers, and frequently presents research papers at national and international conferences. She has authored several notable books, including A Critical Study on T.S. Eliot's ‘The Waste Land’: An Echo of Indian Philosophy (2019), A Realistic Social Vision in the Writings of Munshi Prem Chand and Mulk Raj Anand (2021), Chasing a Dream: Critical Analysis of Selected Short Stories (2022), and The Blue Horizon: Critical Analysis of Rabindranath Tagore’s Gitanjali (2023).
