Prof. Dr. Goverdhan Das Mogli, Ph.D., MBA, FHRIM (UK), FAHIMA (USA), is an internationally acclaimed expert in Medical Informatics and Health Information Management. With over five decades of global experience, he has served as a WHO Consultant and Senior Adviser to the Ministries of Health in nine countries. A pioneer in his field, he holds fellowships from AHIMA (USA) and IRHIM (UK)—the first to do so outside the USA. Recognized as the “Father of Medical Records” in India and the Middle East, Dr. Mogli has authored 20 books, published 136 scientific papers, and presented in 24 world conferences.
